Our dedicated, experienced staff combines compassion with the latest in veterinary technology to provide the highest level of care possible for your pet.
Crystal Lake Animal Hospital was founded in 1974 by Dr. Peter Fleming, and Dr. Christopher A. Melgey has owned and operated the practice since 2012. We offer wellness care, vaccinations, dental care, diagnostics, surgery and boarding, and specialists visit our hospital for services such as ultrasound and orthopedic surgery. We accept emergencies whenever we’re open, and after hours we refer to trusted 24/7 hospitals and coordinate your pet’s records with them.
